Dicen que Tj Johnson es considerado uno de los mejor del jazz y del blues en Reino Unido. Verdad o no, lo que sí sé es que el concierto que ofreció ayer por la tarde en la cripta de St Martin in the Fields me dejó sin palabras. Yo, que no le encontraba el sentido a eso de escuchar jazz, descubrí anoche que para entender este tipo de música lo primero que hay que hacer es pensar con el alma, escuchar el corazón y apreciar todo lo que sucede a tu alrededor con sentimiento.

True or not, I do know is that the concert offered last night in the crypt of St Martin in the Fields left me speechless. Y no me puedo olvidar de la persona que me ha acompañado. Sin ella no hubiera sido lo mismo. Algo diferente que hacer en una tarde peculiar del mes de octubre en Londres con dos personas totalmente diferentes. Un atrezo peculiar, una cena estupenda y una botella de vino con la que disfrutar de buena música mientras charlamos. Ésta prefiere permanecer en el anonimato, pero yo no podía dejar pasar la oportunidad de darle las gracias por esta magnífica velada a su lado.
